Ismail Sina is the founder of Prestige Personal Fitness. Ismail decided to set up Prestige after years of personal training and massaging clients. Ismail has 8 years of experience in personal training and sports massage; he is very passionate about training clients, making them feeling improved, stronger, leaner, fitter and happier in their day to day lives.
He believes in taking a calmer and more patient approach to training, getting the best out of his clients and does not feel that training should be a burden.
His best achievements have made a big impact on his client’s lives such as

- Helping a client strength bones and muscle after chemotherapy.
- Helping clients build strong heart muscles after a heart attack.

I trained at the Essentials for Health, School of Sports Massage, where I gained a Diploma in Sports massage & Treatments. I am a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial massage.
I have always found massage to be of great help when training for an event or dealing with sport injuries or its prevention.
My client base is varied and I treat runners, cyclists, swimmers, triathletes and golfers as well as office-based clients and people who suffer muscular strains from everyday life or work. Edward Jones

David Fleming
David Fleming is a Z Health Trainer & Poliquin Level 1 certified strength coach.
With over 8 years experience in the Health & Fitness industry he has spent the past 4 years working closely with physical therapists aiding clients in pain relief & continuing rehabilitation.
