I recently I have started to combine exercises and Deep Tissue or Sport massage with Ismail. I found the treatment to be very useful in aiding recovery after workouts, removing pains, arches and improving flexibility. I would recommend Deep Tissue or Sports massage to anyone who has muscular pain, stiff neck or shoulders, recovering from injuries or after workout.
"Before training with Ismail exercise was something that happened to other people! I had been a member of a gym but would use any excuse to avoid going and frankly barely broke a sweat when I did.
However following the birth of my first child at the age of 42 I decided that I needed to take fitness more seriously in order to keep up with my child, live longer and to try and firm up a few problem areas.
Having someone come to you to train you means that there is no escape. However it is also quite pleasant when someone is interested in your wellbeing and progress. "Working with a trainer means that I commit time to look after my health and my well-being. We started after the Flora London Marathon working on my core strength and we achieved our goal. I can feel strong and fit. I have discovered muscles on my core I did not know I had. We also worked on the upper body and a little bit on legs (to be continued) Stretching was a very important part of the sessions and I will never forget finishing the sessions with lots of stretching. You have been very motivational and very professional.
